ABSTRACT
-The transition to distance learning because of the COVID-19 pandemic has led teachers to adapt effective teaching methods to distance education. Theoretical analysis of scientific works allowed determining that student debates have significant potential for the development of critical thinking, communication skills. The aim of the study was to test the effectiveness of the method of student thematic online debates in the development of professional competencies in future specialists. In the experimental study, several complementary techniques were used to determine the level of future specialists’ professional competence. The reliability of the obtained conclusions on the basis of the used methods was ensured by comparing the data obtained by each method, as well as the representativeness of the sample size and statistical significance of the experimental data. It is determined that the following competencies can be developed in students through the method of student thematic online debates: readiness to work in a team, ability to generalize, analyse and adequately perceive information, ability to communicate according to language norms, reasoned and clearly build oral and written speech. The study allowed determining that there are certain methodological features of using the method of student thematic online debates in the distance educational process. The method of debate is an effective approach to the organization of online learning, which allows obtaining not only theoretical knowledge, but also gives the possibility of applying them in professional activities in the future. Proof of the effectiveness of the proposed model of using debate within distance learning is confirmed by the unequivocally positive dynamics in the experimental group to improve the Value-orientation criterion, Cognitive criterion Communicative-activity criterion (in particular, at a high level of 13.79%, 7.38%, 11.56% respectively). The novelty of the presented scientific intelligence in the experimental study of the potential of online debates for students of agricultural universities, but with the potential to adapt the presented model of organization of the pedagogical environment for students of other specialties. The research materials can be used by teachers in the development of distance online courses, heads of distance learning coordination departments in higher educational institutions. The prospect of further research is studying the effectiveness of thematic online debates to increase the level of internal learning motivation in future specialists. © 2022, World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society. ABSTRACT
Modern telecommunications companies operate in conditions of risk and uncertainty due to both external and internal factors. Due to the influence of various factors, companies may find themselves in a state of crisis due to the lack of a management mechanism, the main purpose of which is to ensure economic stability and efficiency based on sustainable capacity building. This article aims to identify the factors that affect the economic stability of telecommunications enterprises in Ukraine and study their impact on the integrated indicator to form an organizational and economic mechanism for managing economic stability. The study was carried out using the following methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, correlation, and regression analysis. The main tendencies of Ukrainian telecommunication networks development are defined in this research. The key structural element of this mechanism is proposed to determine the assessment of economic stability based on the use of a set of balanced indicators. Based on correlation and regression analysis, a significant dependence of the overall integrated indicator of economic stability on the subscriber component, moderate-on the component of internal business processes and staff training and development, and a weak inverse dependence on the financial component. Using multicollinearity proved expediency to check the tightness of the relationship between the analyzed variables in the regression model. (C) CIKD Publishing

Ensuring stable economic development of the country is the main task of state authorities. Investment security is an important component of economic security, plays an important role during the sustainable development of the country's economy. Modern globalization processes play an important role during the development of the system for the formation and protection of investment security. In addition, the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to the identification of new negative factors, endogenous and exogenous changes, which have made significant adjustments to the development of a stable economy in the country. To combat this pandemic, a state of emergency was introduced, it concerned either an entire country or a separate region or a separate sphere. The countries of the world, for their part, introduced sanitary and epidemiological measures to avoid the spread of the disease. The rapid introduction of these measures, as well as the development and implementation of steps that dealt with mitigating the consequences of the pandemic, caused a slowdown in economic development not only in the countries of the world, but also in Ukraine. The main factor in determining the level of investment security can be a study of the state of the investment climate in the country. The pandemic significantly affected the stability of the economy, in particular, created a negative field for ensuring investment security. Investments, being a long-term "feeding" of the economy, is not only a key condition for modernizing the national economy, but also the main factor of its economic security. The "safe" properties of investments are determined by the ability to make capital investments and production savings at a level that guarantees sufficient rates of expanded reproduction, technological re-equipment and economic restructuring, directly increases the potential for protecting economic interests from threats of various approaches. Assessment of the current level of investment made it possible to determine the adequacy of the provision of the Ukrainian economy with investments, is an indicator of the country's investment security.
